My name is Liz. I do not get very close to a lot of people but a few days after I met my big sis, Mitzi at Xarisma, we had adopted each other as family. When her assignment got ended there, and eventually mine too, I told her that as soon as I find a better job she will be the first to know. So when I was hired at Phoenix I kept my promise to her and got her hired on where we continued to work together till our department got laid off. ALL I have are good memories of her that I will cherish forever!! I lost not only a big sis but a best friend...May you rest in peace. My prayers are continually with the family. Love you all

The very first time I heard the word "Mitzi" it was immediately followed up by "Cecil." There has never been a time in my own 51 years that I haven't thought of these two beautiful people as one person. Mitzi always made me feel like she was smiling exclusively for me and always made me feel at home no matter how long I had been away. I've been all over the world and back and everywhere I went, I have often thought of her beauty and it has never failed to warm my heart. Sweet lady, I shall miss you. Love, Lynita
