I am so sorry to read about Aunt Sue. I live in FL and was reading the Huntsville Times and saw the announcement. Aunt Sue and Dad was very close. I have such fond memories of her. I always told her she made the best blackberry cobbler in the world! That always irritated Mom. She and Aunt Sue were always competing with cooking are flowers. I sent Randall the notice. There are only the two of us left other than our immediate family. I sent you my e-mail and would love to keep in touch with you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Dixie

Though I was not graced with your acquaintance, I can see through your children that you were and always will be an admirable presence in this level of reality. I see a determination in your photographed eyes that leave a lasting, indelible impression. To have known you is a gift that too few share.

Your tenacity, your zest for life and the overall manner in which you held the title of Granny, will always be remembered by me. May you watch over us now with my Granny Glyndia, by your side. We love you. All of our love, The Barnett's
