Jerry Corum

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Corum age 68 of Hazel Green will be conducted Tuesday at 11AM from the Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lon Ostrzycki officiating and burial following in the Maple Hill Cemetery with Hazel Green Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include, his wife Polly Corum, son, Shane Corum, daughter and son in law, Sherry and Dee Dunivan, grandchildren,Taylor Corum and Katie Corum, brother and sister in law, Johnny and Ann Corum, sister, Gayle Corum and Evelyn Corum Ford, Brother and sister in law, James and Martha Corum, Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Frankie Corum, brother Ronnie Corum, Sister and brother in law, Linda and Fred Dolan.
