William Morgan Ricketts

William Morgan Ricketts, 76, a lifelong resident of  New Market, passed away peacefully surround by love and care at Huntsville Hospital on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Born October 22, 1945 in Maysville, AL, Morgan retired from Madison County after many years.

Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, William Fred and Ethel Gladys Pope Ricketts, and a sister, Ilene Bostick.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 43 years, Reeda George Ricketts; two daughters, Tammy Woods and her husband, Jeremy, of New Market AL and Jennifer Gann and her husband, Gerald, of Huntsville AL; grandchildren, Cole Ricketts, Ben Woods, Bailee Gann and Isaac Gann; brother, James Ricketts, and his wife, Vickie, of Fayetteville TN; sister, Mary Jo Price, of Grant AL; as well as, several nieces and nephews.

Morgan was loved greatly by his family and friends and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday 2PM at Miller Cemetery and visitation will begin at 1PM Saturday at Miller Cemetery.
