Otis Tillman Morrison

Mr. Otis Tillman Morrison Jr, 87, of Hazel Green, passed away on Friday evening.  

He was easy-going, made friends with everybody, and loved his grandchildren very much.  He loved being a truck driver and worked in construction as well.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Morrison;  By his oldest son, Charles Morrison;  By his son, James Morrison;  By his daughter, Kathy Morrison;  His grandsons, Jeremy Upton, Michael Childress and James Calloway;  His son-in-law, Rickie Miller; His sisters, Luther Mae,Minnie Bell Spearman, Alice Golden, and Virginia Brooks; His brothers, Charles Morrison, Donald Morrison, Bill Morrison,James Morrison,and Bobby Morrison.

He is survived by his daughters, Shawana Miller and Elaine Calloway;  His sister, Dorothy Smith; His daughter-in-law, Trudy Morrison; His grandchildren, Jesse &Amanda Childress ,Chris Morrison, Cristy Calloway, Brandon Rivera, Eric & Bobbie Leigh Childress, Travis & Kelsey Morrison, April Statum , Cody & Cassie Morrison, Zachery & Ashley Calloway, Misty Lamar,and Berry Pack; His great-grandchildren, Destiny Lemar, Dylan Upton , Nathan Upton, Ethan Morrison,  Bradley Morrison, Natalie Hurd , Aiden Childress, Jakobe Beverly, Alyea  Mathews, Hayleigh Morrison, Makayla Mathews, Logan Morrison,  Katelyn Morrison, Britten Berry , Violet Morrison, Tristan Calloway, Olivia Childress, Justus Childress, Randi Calloway.

There will be a graveside service on Wednesday at 1pm at Gatlin Cemetery with Bro. Rob Peavy officiating.  Due to Covid19 restrictions, all guests must remain in their cars before, during, and after the service.  The service will be broadcast on FM radio in the cemetery.  The funeral home staff will provide the frequency to those in attendance.
