Marvin Englert Obituary

Marvin James “Jim” Englert passed away March 27, 2022 at his home in Huntsville, AL.He was 82 years of age.

He was born in Herman Missouri on November 9, 1939 to Alex and Edna Englert. He was the youngest of 5 children, brothers Lawrence and Jack, sisters Dorothy and Terry.

Jim joined the Air Force at the age of 17. By the time he was discovered, he was 18. He served in the Air Force for 23 years, including two tours in Vietnam and Thailand.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Consuelo and by his sons Jack and Victor. He also has 3 grandsons, Daniel, Victor Jr, and Brandon.

A private family service is planned.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
