Lonnie Dean Clark

Lonnie Dean Clark, 73, of Ardmore, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday. 

He was a kind-hearted, selfless person who was always concerned about helping others in need.  He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. 

Lonnie was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Ann Clark;  His son, Ricky Dean Clark;  His parents, Jesse & Dorothy Clark;  His brothers:  Gary Clark and Roger "Dudley" Clark;  His sisters-in-law, Sharon Clark, Gayle Clark, and Malynn Clark.

Surviving family members include his loving companion, Iva Cothren Clark;  His son and daughter-in-law, Douglas Allen & Angela Clark;  His granddaughter, Samantha Paige Clark; His great-granddaughter, Dalilah Fae Roggensack;  His brothers, Kenneth Clark, Joe Clark, Roy Clark, and Michael Clark;  His sisters, Doris Peoples and Barbara Gurley;  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  

The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Monday at 11am at the funeral home with Dr. Mike Clark and Bro. Doran Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery.
