James F. "Jim" Taylor, lll, 64, of Hazel Green, went be with the Lord on Friday, December 15th. Jim was born in Johnson City, Tennessee on March 14, 1959.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy Brown (Mike) of Harvest, Alabama, nephew Carl Rogers, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James F.Taylor Jr. and Martha Scott Taylor.

Jim was retired from Boeing. He was an active participant in Relay for Life and a fan of racing-especially Huntsville Speedway. He had a generous spirit and was a kind-hearted person who loved the Lord. He was a member of Hazel Green First Baptist Church where he sang in the choir and served as a deacon. He will be missed greatly by his fellow members and friends.

The family is thankful for all the kind and loving support received from friends and family at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Hazel Green First Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends on Saturday January 6, beginning at 2:00 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
