James Cook Obituary

James "Jim" Smith Cook, 61, of Fayetteville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday evening at his home.

Jim loved life and had a good heart.  He was always willing to lend a hand to help others.   He loved to have a good time and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.   

Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his parents, William "Bill" Cook and Dorothy "Dot" Cook.

Surviving family members include his wife, Sherrie Cook;  His brother, Stan Cook; His sons, Michael Cook and Christopher Lowery; His daughter, Ellise (Tyler) Seever;  Two step-daughters, Jonda "Neil" Brooks and Sherra Randall; Six grandchildren, Jackson Brooks, Wesley Brooks, Grayson Cook, Ansley Cook, Carson Lehrke, and Bennett Seever.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
