Donna Jean Ray

Donna Jean Ray, 69, of Huntsville Alabama peacefully passed away early morning on November 15 2021. 

Donna was born on November 20 1951 in Savannah Georgia.  She grew up in Clarks Hills Indiana and graduated from Wainwright High School. Donna graduated from IVY Tech where she obtained a degree in Dietary Management. Donna was currently attending Faith Bible Institute where she would have obtained her degree this December for Bible and Theology. 

Donna was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church for many years. During those years Donna devoted her time to helping others as much as she could. 

Donna is survived and lovingly remembered by her siblings Deborah Mitchell of West Point IN, Jane Hicks of Attica IN, Stacey Cochran of Lafayette In and Ed Zink of Denver Colorado followed by several nieces nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Her children James Ray of Lafayette IN, Diana Andrews of Lafayette IN, and Melissa Smith of Toney Al and a plethora of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  As well as close friend Mike Allen and ex husband Richard Ray.

Donna is preceeded in death by both parents Donald Zink (father), and (mother)Barbara Zink(Cooper). As well as Michael (brother) and Amy Stingly ( daughter).

There will be a celebration of Life Saturday, November 20th, 10:00 a.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church.
