Wandaree Ricketts

Wandaree Ricketts, 63, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away May 15, 2025. She was born on September 9, 1961 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late Clayton and Lois (Edwards) Mance of which she is preceded in death by.

She helped with New Market Restaurant’s meal deliveries and worked directly in the restaurant while her mother ran it. She was a passionate Alabama football fan. Above all, she was a loving mother who poured her heart into her family and everything she did.

Wandaree is survived by her daughter, Brandi (Trey) Phillips, son, Freddie Clay Ricketts Jr.; grandchild, Allie Phillips; brother, Trottwood Mance; uncle, Jackie Edwards, along with other nieces, nephews, extended family as well as friends.

The family is planning a celebration of life to be held at a later date, which will be announced.
