Timothy Wayne Upton, 57, of Hazel Green, Alabama, passed away on March 10, 2026, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama. He was born on December 4, 1968, in Huntsville, Alabama, to the late Charles and Linda (Upton) Brewer.
Timothy is survived by his sister, Margaret Elizabeth Upton-Bondar; his numerous stepchildren, who loved him dearly and will greatly miss him; and many friends whom he loved.
In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Upton; his maternal grandparents, Henry Ford Helton and Mildred Dickens Helton; and his paternal grandparents, James Richard Upton and Mary Allene (Tallent) Upton.
The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date, which will be announced.
