Tara Lynn Hill

Tara Hill, 48, of Huntsville, passed away at a local hospital.  Her nickname was "Mammie".

She was a 1988 graduate of Johnson High School where she enjoyed being a part of ROTC and was a manager of the gymnastics team.   She was a member of Morris Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.   Her hobbies included cooking, classic movies, reading, and soap operas, especially The Young and the Restless.  Tara ended every conversation with "Have a Blessed Day" and "I love You."

She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Williamson.

Surviving family members include her husband, Kenneth Hill;  Her children, Joseph Williamson and Ayisa Hill;  Her father, Billy Williamson;  Her sisters, Teresa Tallant, Tina Maxson, Tanya Wright;  Her brother, Tracey Williamson;  She was also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.   A Celebration of Life service will be Thursday night at 6pm at the funeral home.
