Sherry Denise Corum, age 56, of Hazel Green, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27, 2026. She was born on January 31, 1970 in Madison County, Alabama and was a proud graduate of Hazel Green High School.
Sherry was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Hazel Green.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Murphy Corum and Polly Wilkerson Corum.
She is survived by her brother, Shane Corum (Michelle) and nieces, Katie & Taylor; she is also survived by many extended family members and friends and a loving partner, Billy Middleton.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening beginning at 5:30pm followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:30pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Ponzini officiating.
