Sallie Lee Malone

Sallie Lee Malone, 69, of Toney, passed away on Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.  She dearly loved all her family.

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Sandy Malone and Kristy Malone;  Her granddaughter, Tonya Malone;  Her brothers: Albert Wallace, David Wallace, Ed Wallace, Jackie Wallace, and Bobby Wallace;  Her parents: Leemon and Madie Wallace.

Surviving family members include her husband of 51 years, John Malone;  Her daughter, Madie Jolly and her husband, James;  Her daughter, Lori Malone and her significant other, Howard White;  Her son, Johnny Malone and his wife, Terri;  Her grandchildren:  Ashley Dahlan, Tyler Jolly, Michael Malone, Tesla Sales, Dustin Malone, Cameron Carpenter, Kaylee Carpenter;  Her great-grandchildren:  Corey Havner, Hunter Havner, and Taylor Havner; Her sisters: Mary Osborn and Sarah Mae Putynkowski;  Her brothers: Walter Wallace, Herman Wallace, and Tom Wallace.   She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 to 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be Friday at 2pm at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery on Stateline Road in Ardmore, Alabama.
