Roy Marshall Coffman

Roy Marshall Coffman, 91, of New Market, Alabama passed away on September 9, 2026. He was born April 3, 1935. Mr. Coffman was an outdoorsman who liked to go hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers. He also had a strong love for his family and loved to be around them. He also had a garden where he grew all kinds of vegetables and then would can them. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Jay Coffman and Ruby Foster; his wife, Aileen Coffman; and his daughter, Nancy JoAnn Coffman. He is also preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his children, Virginia Childress (Robert) and Timothy Coffman (Sabrina); his brothers, Junior Foster, Bobby Foster (Jean), Hal Foster; his sisters, Barbara Cline (Marvin) and Shirley McQuay. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-granchildren, great-great-granchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 10:30am till 11:30am. Internment will take place following visitation at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
