Roger Dale Koonce

Roger Dale Koonce of Toney, AL passed away Monday, March 22 at a local hospital. Roger was a man who loved to work with his hands, a builder, and painter. Roger was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.

Roger leaves behind sons Roger Koonce Jr and Lonnie Joe Koonce; brothers Jimmy Koonce and Redus Koonce; sisters Betty Guthrie and Mary Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Bell Koonce and Mary Ruby Price; spouse Shirley Diane Smith; brothers Philip Wilson Koonce, Robert Earl Koonce, Billy Joe Koonce, James B Koonce, James Koonce, and Don Koonce; Sisters, Pauline Russell, Shirley McElyea, and Brenda Gail Hicks.

Roger will be laid to rest Sunday, March 28 2021 at 2:00pm at Stewart Cemetery.
