Richard Alton Brewer

Richard Alton Brewer, 86, of Taft, Tennessee passed away June 8, 2026. He was born on June 18,1939 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He will be remembered for his love of spending time with his family at different events like cookouts. He was a devoted Christian who read and studied his bible everyday. He also wrote beautiful Christian poetry. Additionally, Richard served in the United States Air Force for 20+ years and he also served in the Vietnam War.

Richard is survived by his sons, Jozef Brewer (Shasta) and John Clawson (Justin); his daughter, Corina Segletes (David); his grandchildren, Rose, Andrew, Steven, Alex, Regina, Elizabeth, Josef; and one great-granddaughter, Katherine.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Eugenie Elizabeth Brewer; and his daughter, Anita Marie Brewer.
