Reba Douglas
September 1, 1930 — July 21, 2015
Reba Frame Douglas departed this life Tuesday July 21, 2015. She was 84 years old. She was a retired environmentalist supervisor for Lincoln County Hospital and a member of Unity Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil, son, Melvin, daughter Darlene and her parents, Oscar and Oma Frame, son-in-law, Gaylor McBride.
She is survived by daughter, Jean Johnson (Wayne), Dean McBride and Connie Knight. Daughter-in-law Diane Douglas, sister Daisy Bradley and sister-in-law Syble Douglas Her 16 grandchildren: Rodney (Amanda) Johnson, Kim (Todd) Roberson, Angie Bias, Gena (Chris) Groce, Tina (Joey) Baker, Robert (Sheena) Knight, Davy (Heather) Knight, Jeff (Jenny) McBride, Christy Douglas; Her 13 Great-Grandchildren: Grant & Katie Johnson, Kaylee and Kolby Roberson, Tyler Bias, Brianna Groce, Hayden & Logan Knight, Ashton & Addison Knight, Chelsie & Christian McBride, and Jaden Douglas; 1 great-great-grandchild, Alexis, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday July 24, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Saturday July, 25, 2015 beginning at 2 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel Wayne Harrell officiating. Burial will follow at New Sharon Cemetery in Hazel Green.
