Nellie Marshall Daniel Corlew, 102, of Hazel Green, passed away on Saturday.  She was born to Lavenia & Robert Daniel in Cumberland Furnace, TN on February 15, 1920.

The Corlew family moved to Hazel Green in 1959. Nellie had been a member of the Shiloh Church Of Christ since 1960 and had worked for National Life and Accident Insurance Company in both Nashville and Huntsville.

Mrs. Corlew was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Corlew;  Her brothers, Nesbitt Daniel, Hugh Daniel Sr, Robert Daniel, and Lige Daniel;  Her sisters, Doris Talley and Rebecca Hodges.

Surviving family members include her children:  Marshall Corlew (Willie), Carole Corlew (Jim), and Jan Bentley (Gary);  Her grandchildren, Meredith Roath (John), Lauren Jay (Charles), Seth Bentley & Daniel Owen;  Her great-grandchildren, Will & Vivian Roath, and Charley & Nellie Jay.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday evening at 6pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends beginning at 4pm.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30am at Union Cemetery in Dickson, Tennessee.
