Miriam Mitchell Farley, 58, of Huntsville, passed away on Friday.
She was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and enjoyed trail riding, four-wheeling, swimming, being on the lake in her boat, spending time with her family and friends, and University of Alabama Football. She was a cosmetologist and owned The Cutting Room Family Salon in Huntsville for many years. Miriam especially loved her four grandchildren and loved to spend time with them.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gowen Mitchell; Her mother, Sarah Mitchell; Her brother, Steven Mitchell.
Surviving family members include her daughter, Ashley Roland; Her son, Zachary Roland; Her grandchildren: Sarah Roland, Zachary Ray Roland, Waylon Costanzo, and Vera Costanzo; Her sister, Jane Mitchell; Her nieces: Rachel Nightingale and Heather Dugan; Her nephew, Mitchell Corlett; Her great-nephews, Taylor Dugan and Gavin Corlett; Her great-niece, Alexandria Nightingale.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday at 7PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Hale officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 6pm. A Graveside Committal Service will be held on Thursday at 11am at Stateline Cemetery.
