Funeral services for Michael Wayne Moore age 64 of Harvest, Alabama will be conducted Tuesday at 2PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jason Moore officiating and burial will follow in the Gatlin Cemetery. Mr. Moore passed away Friday at Huntsville Hospital.

Survivors include his children, Teresa Moore and her husband Jamie and Christina Moore all of Athens, Alabama and Michaela Moore of Harvest and a Godson, Jack Limbrick, his grandchildren, Whitney Moore, Savannah Moore, Bryce Moore and Ashley Cothren, one brother, Terry Moore and his wife, Theresa of South Carolina and a host of loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pam Moore, his parents, Houston and Dorothy Moore, one sister, Patricia Corley and by one brother, Clyde Moore.

Visitation will be Monday evening 5-7 at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
