Lila Marie Michael, 84, of Gurley, Alabama, passed away on October 4, 2025. She was born on September 28, 1941, in Van Buren County, Michigan, to the late Bert and Mae (Hicks) Dyer.
Lila is survived by her husband, Samuel Claude Michael Sr.; her children, Karen Ann Michael Ulmet (Kevin), John Charles Michael Sr. (Paige), and Samuel Austin Michael (Allyssa).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Samuel Claude Michael Jr. and Daniel Lee Michael.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Dr. Kevin Ulmet officiating. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
