John Lewis Rasmussen passed away on July 14, 2026 in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Rasmussen graduated from Grissom High School in 1981. He then attended UAH. Mr. Rasmussen loved photography and was a freelance photographer. He was also a devoted Christian who spent 30 years spreading the gospel. His favorite past time was taking trips to Disney World. He was also an avid reader.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Ruth Rasmussen.
He is survived by his sister, Sandra Lemley (Buddy); his niece, Heather Wallace (Jimmy). He is also survived by two grandnieces and numerous great-grandnieces and nephews.
