Jerry WallaceJune 15, 1948 ~ May 17, 2009Mr. Jerry Wallace, 60, of Hazel Green died Sunday at a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Sue Wallace; his children, Sherry Taylor and husband Jeremy, Terry Wallace and wife Amy, Jerry L. Wallace and Matthew Wallace; one sister, Teresa Hagood; two brothers, Johnny Wallace and Brian Wallace; three grandchildren, Charlie Rush, Jarrett Taylor and Tyler Wallace. Visitation will be Tuesday 6 ~ 8 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 PM at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Benny Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Charity Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
