Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Wayne Hopkins Sr. age 67 of Meridianville will be conducted Tuesday 4PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Hardiman officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lincoln County. Mr. Hopkins passed away Friday at Crestwood Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Hopkins, his children, Cynthia Hopkins, Jerry Wayne Hopkins Jr., Jerri Gayle Hopkins and Michael Shane Hopkins, one sister, Frances Dudley, four grandchildren, Whitney Nicole Patterson, Marcus Medley, Miranda Medley and Jessica Hardiman and nine great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Ann Hardiman.
