Mr. James Harold Bingham Jr., 63, of Toney, passed away on Monday at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Harold Bingham Sr, his brother, C.E. Bingham, and his sister, Shirley Bingham.
Surviving family members include his mother, Ethel Sneed; His sister, Rose Mary Webb and Vickey Lemley, and his brother, Jimmy Bingham.
The family is planning a celebration of life in the near future and will announce arrangements.
