Guy Alan Baker

Mr. Guy Alan Baker, 65, of Hazel Green, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday afternoon in Albertville, Alabama.

Mr. Baker was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hazel Green.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer G. & Louise Perry Baker.

He is survived by several siblings and by many friends and church family members.

Visitation will be Sunday from 1pm until 3pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 3:30pm at Locust Grove Cemetery with Pastor Josh Duncan officiating.

Donations in memory of Mr. Baker may be made to the American Diabetes Association.  (www.diabetes.org)
