George Haden Boyette, 45, of Madison, Alabama, passed away on June 3, 2025. Born on September 12, 1979, in Gulfport, Mississippi, Haden lived a life defined by warmth, faith, and a deep love for family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Cantrell Boyette; his children, Karah Renae Melton, Lily Reese Melton, Cole Wesley Melton, and James Alan Boyette, of whom he was immensely proud. He is survived also by his mother, Rebecca Joyce Johnston, and stepfather, Jerry Alan Johnston; his sister, Janna Elaine (Cody) Hinton; and his faithful furry companion, Dudley, who was never far from his side. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Haden never met a stranger. With a heart as open as his front door and a gift for conversation, he could talk for hours with anyone willing to sit and share time with him. He loved the outdoors, long boat rides, late nights filled with music, and the simple pleasure of smoking cigars with Dudley nearby. He cherished family dinners, impromptu gatherings, and the sound of laughter echoing into the night.
Faith played a central role in Haden’s life. He was a true believer who found joy in connecting over scripture and offering encouragement to anyone willing to listen. He had a generous spirit and believed in treating others with kindness and dignity. His greatest desire was to leave a positive mark on the world and in the lives of his children. Though he faced health challenges, Haden persevered with strength and determination.
