Gail Seals Mcginnis
January 29, 1960 — January 4, 2023
Gail Seals McGinnis of Hazel Green passed away on Wednesday. She was 62.
Gail was a loving and devoted wife, an animal lover, and had a special place in her heart for Dachshunds. She also loved to fish.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin A. Seals.
Surviving family members include her husband, Jimmy Clutts; Her daughter, Stacy Howard; Her step-children: J.R. Clutts, Ginny Hereford, and Miranda Ikard; Two grandchildren: Johnathan Clutts and Anastasia Clutts. Her mother, Nancy Freeman; Her sisters, Bonnie Bailey & Mike, Sylvia Strong & Robert, and Gloria Honea & Rodney
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the family has postponed the Celebration of Life. Hazel Green Funeral Home will announce arrangements when available.
