Frances Marie Armstrong

Frances Marie Armstrong of Harvest passed away on Wednesday evening while at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 81. Mrs. Armstrong was born and raised in Paint Rock Valley and graduated from Paint Rock Valley High School and had retired from Chrysler Corporation. Sne enjoyed bowling and she was a devoted Alabama Football Fan. She also enjoyed working with flowers and crafting and she loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Armstrong; her parents, Floyd and Susie Hambrick; her brother, Tom Hambrick; her brother, Floyd Hambrick Jr. step-daughter, Shelia Fagg.

Surviving family members include her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas & Kay Clark of Harvest; her step-daughters, Linda Bole, Kathy Brazier, Fredia Armstrong, and Laura Armstrong.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2pm at the Cowboy Church of Limestone County on Thatch Road with Pastor Doug Boucher and Pastor Rodney Sanders officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 12:30 at the church. Burial will follow the service and will be in Ford's Chapel Cemetery in Harvest.
