Mrs. Dorothy Miller Cobble of Huntsville passed away on Friday. She was 84.

Mrs. Cobble had retired from Sanmina-SCI where she worked as a supervisor after a long career which she enjoyed. She also enjoyed being independent and fixing things that needed to be repaired. She adored her granddaughter and her great-grandson. They were her world.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cobble, her daughter, Carla Boyett; by her sisters, Catherine Shores, Otha Mae Hubbard, Bennie Joyce “Butch” Brannon, and Nancy Harbin; by her brothers, Charlie Miller, Barry Miller, and Fred Miller.

Mrs. Cobble is survived by her granddaughter, Amber (Richard) Wallace; her great-grandson, Xander Wallace; She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2pm at the funeral home chapel. Burial will then be in Gurley City Cemetery.
