Mr. Celestino "Tino" Rubio, 37, of the Plevna Community, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015. He was a native of Queretaro, Mexico and worked as a farmer after coming to America. He is survived by his brother, Louis Rubio and by many other loving family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 3pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Father Charles Merrill officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Rubio Cemetery in Queratero, Mexico.
