Catherine Lee DeWeese of Fayetteville, Tennessee passed away on June 17, 2024 at the age of 66. Cathy was a dedicated and compassionate nurse who spent her career caring for others.
She is survived by her loving husband Richard "Dickey" DeWeese; her sons Richard (Yurie) DeWeese, Nick DeWeese, and Matthew (Tammy) DeWeese; and her cherished grandchildren Sid, Layne, Eric, Graham, Levi, Emma, and Jonah.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Ruth Tune, her daughter Elizabeth DeWeese Walker, and her brother Ty Tune.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 22, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Plainview Cemetery.
