Survivors include his wife, Lauren Boles; his children, Brooklyn Simmons, Madison Dobak; his step-daughter, Alivia Lewis; his father, Jimmy Simmons; his sisters, Ashlee Crews, Alyssa Crews; his brothers, Lance Parker, Tony Wade; and his cousin, Traci Crews. Visitation is Wednesday 1 to 2 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home with a memorial service at 2 pm at the funeral home chapel. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
