Billy Ray SmithMarch 7, 1949 ~ February 11, 2009Mr. Billy Ray Smith, 59, of New Market died Wednesday. He is survived by his two daughters, Ginger Knowles and Rhonda Hutchens and three grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday 1 to 2 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel Friday at 2 PM with Bill Cantrell officiating.
