Billie Carroll

Billie Carroll, 69, of Athens, Alabama, passed away on October 29, 2025, at Athens Health and Rehabilitation in Athens, Alabama. She was born on June 13, 1956, in Pelham, Alabama, to the late Albert and Grace Smith.

Billie is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Andre) Stewart; grandchildren, Cassie (Tyler) Rouse, Julien Stewart, Crimson Croft, and Kingston Croft; sister, Betty Vinson; as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garry Carroll, and her siblings, Linda Johnson, Bowman Smith, and Lou Vinson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
