Betty Phillips

Betty Ann Eliff Phillips left this life to her heavenly abode on April 17,2020 at her home in New Market, Alabama. She was the oldest of five children to the late Arrie Lee Eliff and Mable Morris Eliff of Madison County, Alabama.

She spent 35 plus years in computer support, employed in missile and defense for United Technology, USBI, and Summa prior to retirement.

She is left behind to cherish her memories her husband of 51 years, Carl Phillips; her daughter, Carla Phillips and her husband Dustin Phillips; One grandson, Lucas Phillips; 2 brother-in-laws, Earl and Tina Phillips, Gene and Nel Phillips; two brothers and spouses, one sister and her husband, and many church family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one nephew, and her number one four-footed son, Rosco.

The family wanted to give a special heart felt thanks for all the family and friends who has supported Mr. Phillips for the past 6 years of tireless days of caring for Mrs. Betty Phillips while she was suffering with dementia. To the hospice organization , you were priceless.

Due to  Covid-19, the family will be having a private service. The service will be shared by video on Monday Evening.
