Mrs. Betty Louise Moore, 77, of Hazel Green, passed away on Thursday at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her sons Jerry Moore and Paul Moore.
She is survived by several grandchildren. The family is planning a memorial service and will announce arrangements.
