Austin Lasher

Austin Riley “Lash” Wilburn-Lasher of Meridianville passed away on Thursday at the age of 24. Austin never met a stranger and was known for his outgoing and friendly personality. He loved life, cared deeply for others, and especially loved his daughter. He enjoyed spending time on the river, kayaking, and listening to music. When he was younger, he also enjoyed playing the drums.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeremy Wilburn, and his grandparents, Jackie Wilburn and Frank and Gabi Lasher.

Surviving family members include his wife, Allison Lasher; his daughter, Dixie Raylynn Wilburn-Lasher; his mother, Tonya Lasher; his grandparents, Robbie and Kim Nunley; his brother, Isaac Clifton; and his sister, Abigail Clifton. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 3 p.m. at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 4 p.m.
