Adam Christopher Young

Mr. Adam Christopher Young, of Hazel Green, Alabama, passed away Wednesday. He was 42.

Adam loved playing video games, fishing, and drawing, especially graffiti-style art. He was an avid fan of the Auburn Tigers football team and enjoyed listening to music by The Weekend. Adam could fix almost anything and especially enjoyed working on cars.

Mr. Young will be remembered as a kid at heart who loved his family deeply. His beloved cat, Roscoe, held a special place in his heart, and his grandchildren meant the world to him.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Brandon Young, and his grandmother, Barbara Hornbuckle.

Surviving family members include his children, Rhiannon (Elijah) Spry and Addalina (Aron) Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Aila Gonzalez Young and Nolan Spry; his mother, Tracy Gordon; and his sister, Holly Cowan (Waylon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers please consider donating below to help with necessary funeral expenses.
