Connie Jean Hayes

Connie Jean Hayes, 63, of New Market, Alabama  passed away December 14, 2024  at Hospice Family Care  Huntsville, Alabama . She was born on August 4, 1961  in Huntsville , Alabama  to the late  Robert and Martha (Gibson) Hayes .

Connie had a great love for her dogs.  She also enjoyed Alabama football and could throw a fit when they lost.

Connie  is survived by her husband Lonnie Edwards, children Roger Dale Hayes, Billy Ray (Danna) Hayes, grandchildren, Dalton Hayes, Josie Hayes, Riley Hayes, and Hope Hayes, niece, Kayla Hayes, nephews, Shawn Hayes, Sam Moore and Floyd Moore.  Connie is also survived by her brother Michael Hayes.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her sister Shirley.

The family will receive friends at Hazel Green Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 5:00 PM  -  8:00 PM.   Graveside services will be at Cochran Cemetery  on Wednesday, December 18, 2024,  at 12:00 PM.
