Bobbie Venice (Davidson) Belskey

Bobbie Venice Davidson Belskey passed away on November 4, 2018 in Huntsville, Alabama.

She was a loving wife, mother and sister and worked first as a homemaker, but also as a waitress and hostess in the St. Louis, Missouri area.   She loved animals and was a second mom to her daughter's friends.   She provided loving care for her mother-in-law who lived with them for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey & Winnie Davidson.   She was also preceded in death by all nine  of her older siblings, including her twin sister who was born minutes before her, making her the youngest child and the last in her family to pass.  

She is survived by her husband, Edward Belskey, whom she married on April 5, 1969, and by their only child, Diana Belskey.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at North Hills Presbyterian Church in Meridianville on Wednesday evening beginning at 6pm.   Funeral services will follow at 7pm at the church with Rev. Adam Tisdale officiating.    The family will then receive friends again on Thursday evening at Blevins Funeral Home in Bristol, Virginia from 5 until 8pm.  A graveside service will be Friday at 1pm at Mountain View Cemetery in Bristol.
