Our Promise to You

• We will honor ALL prearranged funerals that have been made with this funeral home at any time - even if the prearranged funeral was arranged with previous ownership.

• We will not add additional charges to prearranged funerals. Prearranged services and merchandise will be provided to you at no additional charge.

• When you choose our funeral home to serve your family, we will not attempt to sell you anything. We offer a wide variety of services and merchandise for your convenience and will assist you in planning services that are meaningful as well as cost-effective. We are servants - not salespeople.

• We will treat the families and decedents that we serve with the utmost respect. When the remains of a loved one are placed in our care, we understand that we have a sacred trust with the bereaved family. We treat each family we serve as if they were our own family.

• We will be available at any time we are needed. You may call on us twenty-four hours a day for any reason. Craig Whisenant and his family live at the funeral home. Our staff has combined experience of over 85 years in the funeral industry and each staff member has been a part of the local community for many years.
