Roger Dale Pridmore

Roger Dale Pridmore, 76, of Harvest, passed away on April 22, 2024.

Roger was a Madison County native. He attended Hazel Green High School and graduated in 1965. He later earned degrees from both Faulkner University and Athens State University. His career included service as a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the National Guard, a retired United States Postal Worker, and a retired employee of the Madison County School System.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Edward and Ann Harris Pridmore; and his brothers, David Pridmore, Raymond Strong, Jim Strong, and Charlie Strong.

Roger is survived by his son, Kevin Edward Pridmore; his daughter, Melodi Ann Adams; grandson, Austin (Mari) Dale Adams; granddaughter, Alyssa (Jonathan) Ann Swanson; great-granddaughter, Ruby Colette Swanson; his brother, Tom (Linda) Pridmore; sisters-in-law, Gayle Pridmore and Barbara Strong; as well as numerous extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 24, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Hazel Green Funeral Home, followed by burial at Maple Hill Cemetery.
