Dwayne Keith McCoy

Dwayne Keith McCoy of New Market passed away on Monday.  He was 52.  

He had been an over-the-road truck driver and enjoyed driving and seeing places across the country.  He loved his family and was a devoted son, brother, father, and grandfather.  

He was preceded in death by his father, George E. McCoy; his brother, Craig Albert McCoy. He is also preceded in death by his uncles, Clyde Williams, Floyd Davis, and Charles Rogers. 

Surviving family members include his son, Jacob (Alli) McCoy;  his daughter, Kayla (Tate Vanarsdale) McCoy; his granddaughters Flora and Blakely;  his mother, Joan Edwards; his brothers, John Dixon and Jeffrey Dixon;  His aunts: Billie Rogers, Linda (Lloyd) Ricketts, Sue (Tommy) Branch, Shirley Williams, and Barbara Davis; He is also survived by many cousins and friends. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11am until 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  After the gathering, he will be cremated in accordance with his wishes.
