Funeral services for Mr. Donald Leon Smith age 66 of Huntsville will be conducted Friday at 12 Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Josh Duncan officiating. Burial will be at Stateline Cemetery. Mr. Smith passed away Monday at Huntsville Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Smith, his children, Jeff Newby, Lisa Foote, Leslie E. Foote and Nicholas Foote, his grandchildren, Jesse Childress, Jacob Taylor, Matt Carpenter and Eric Childress, his great grandchildren, Aiden Moss and Olivia Childress.
